1. User-Generated Content

You may submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available content including but not limited to comments, reviews, and forum posts (“User Content”). By providing User Content, you grant LIA a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, and display your User Content.

2. LIA Content

All content provided on the platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of LIA or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any of the content without our prior written consent.

Payments and Refunds

1. Payments

Certain services on LIA may be subject to fees. By purchasing any service, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. All payments are to be made through our designated payment processor.

2. Refunds

Refunds for courses or subscriptions will be provided in accordance with our Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase to request a refund.

Termination

1. By LIA

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the platform at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the platform itself.

2. By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

Disclaimers

LIA is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIA, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the platform.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform.
• Any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our platform by any third party.
• Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the platform.

Agency Arrangement

Labot Consults Ltd has appointed Arval Consults Limited as its authorized representative and agent in Nigeria. Arval Consults Limited is responsible for managing our operations and providing services to our customers in Nigeria. All transactions and communications with customers in Nigeria may be conducted by Arval Consults Limited on behalf of Labot Consults Ltd.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the United Kingdom for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to these Terms are effective when they are posted on this page.
